Our physiotherapy services are intended to complement — not replace — your primary medical care. Please note the following important limitations:
- Physiotherapy treatment does not constitute a medical diagnosis; we strongly recommend you continue to consult your GP for medical concerns
- Results from physiotherapy may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed
- In the event of a medical emergency during a session, we will call emergency services immediately
- You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and recent surgeries at the time of booking and during your initial assessment
- Failure to disclose material health information may result in treatment being withheld for your safety
Important: Do not use information on our website as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical questions you may have.
As a patient, you agree to the following responsibilities to ensure the best outcome from your treatment:

- Follow the exercise programmes and home care advice provided by your physiotherapist
- Inform your physiotherapist immediately if you experience any adverse reaction to treatment
- Attend appointments punctually and in appropriate clothing for your treatment (e.g., loose-fitting comfortable clothes)
- Treat our physiotherapists with dignity and respect at all times
- Ensure a safe and appropriate home environment for treatment sessions
- Inform us promptly of any change in your health condition or circumstances that may affect your treatment plan
Our physiotherapists are committed to providing safe, professional treatment in your home. The following conditions apply to all home visit appointments:
- Our physiotherapists have the right to decline or terminate a session if they feel unsafe, threatened, or if the environment is unsuitable for treatment
- Smoking is not permitted in the treatment area during appointments
- Pets must be secured away from the treatment space to prevent distraction or injury
- A responsible adult must be present for all appointments involving patients under 18 or vulnerable adults
- We request that the treatment area be reasonably clean, well-lit, and have sufficient space for the physiotherapist to work safely
- Our physiotherapists carry their own professional equipment; please ensure clear access to the home upon arrival
Our physiotherapists reserve the right to end a session at any time if they believe continuing treatment poses a risk to your safety or theirs. In such cases, a reduced fee or full refund will be considered at our discretion.
